Like all the DULEVO models, the 1000 has been designed to comply with all relevant CEE standards. The 1000 drives like a dream but the performance is reality!

DULEVO 75

		Designed for restricted areas but able to tackle larger open spaces when required, the 75 offers maximum operator comfort and the perfect sweeping result that can be assured with the Dulevo direct-throw system. The collection system starts with the side broom(s) which transfer dust and debris into the centre of the machine where a large diameter cylindrical main broom throws everything forward into the waste hopper. Fine dust is also drawn directly into the hopper by a powerful vacuum system which is created by a high efficiency fan, a special heavy duty polyester filter ensuring that only clean air is exhausted back into the environment.
With a choice of battery, petrol or L.P.G. power units there is a version of the 75 suitable for every type of application. Designed to filter even the finest dust (down to 3 micron), the Dulevo filter system ensures, that this is the ideal machine for those industrial environments with a high concentration of fine particles

It gives outstanding results in industrial, commercial and street sweeping. Thanks to its ultra compact design and hydraulic system, the 1100 FUTURA is extremely maneuverable and simple to operate, whilst its modern and attractive styling makes it stand out from the crowd. The all hydraulic system with its total absence of drive belts keeps maintenance costs to a minimum. The direct throw sweeping system, the operating principle applied to the complete Dulevo sweeper range, is a heart of the 1100 FUTURA. The sweeping will be dust free vacuum sweeping with provisions of adjusting the brushes for pressure wear and inclination from the driver's seat. ­Brush Details: All the brushes are replaceable type and the main brush is of spline type. Dust Control System: The collection to be of vacuum suction and patented high filtration system is provided for filtration of larger as well as smaller dust particles. The filters are made up of rot-proof polyester and capable of filtering particles down to 3 microns by way of vacuum. Model : 1300 Star

Designed for Heavy Work The rugged reliability of the 1300 Star makes it ideal for even the heaviest industrial applications. The chassis is designed for maximum rigidity and is manufactured from high quality electro-welded steel for strength. Total reliability is ensured with the use of a direct transmission system which eliminates possible weak or vulnerable points such as chains, joints or couplings. Operator Comfort The 1300 Star has been designed to ensure optimum levels of operator comfort and ease of control. The ergonomics of the machine are such that driver fatigue is a thing of the past, even during long periods of work. With an outside turning circle of approx. 2.3m (CUNA standard) the 1300 Star has excellent manoeuvrability enabling it to operate within confined spaces. With five different power options, battery, a choice of two diesel and two petrol engines (with LPG option) there is a 1300 Star for you!

Minimum Maintenance
To keep maintenance to an absolute minimum the machine has no belts or chains and has been designed to give total access to the engine and all major components. The main broom can be quickly changed, without the use of tools.

Patented Filter System
Designed to control even the finest dust, the Dulevo filter makes the machine perfect for operating in industrial environments where high concentrations of dust are a problem. The patented filter support means that it is possible to substantially increase the filter surface compared with other machines of a similar size.

Filter Features
Unlike paper filters which are unsuitable for heavy applications, the Dulevo filter is manufactured from a polyester cotton fabric which enables the machine to work for longer periods without the risk of clogging. Both simple to dismantle and clean, should this become necessary, the Dulevo filter is also rot proof and has a high mechanical strength making it practically indestructible. Being unaffected or damaged by dust or humidity the filter does not require periodic replacement, saving both time and expense.

The most Efficient
The Dulevo sweeping system combines the benefits of mechanical collection with that of powerful suction to give total dust control and the ability to sweep any type of debris. The waste hopper, which is placed immediately in front of the main broom ensures perfect sweeping results even when the broom is nearing the end of its useful life. Adjustment of the main broom pressure is made from the driving position and not only optimises the sweeping results on uneven surfaces but help to extend brush life.

The Leading Players
The hydraulically powered side broom(s) are resistant to impact and protected by a heavy steel bumper. The floating main broom automatically follows the floor or roadway surface, however rough or uneven, always maintaining the correct pressure on the ground. Dulevo’s long-life brushes are resistant to wear and are available with a variety of bristle types to suite a wide range of applications.

Patented Automatic Broom Lifting
When the operator switches off the machine a patented system automatically raises all brooms off the ground, making deformed bristles merely a distant and expensive memory, however forgetful your operator !

High capacity vacuum fan
Positioned within the engine compartment the hydraulically powered fan (electric in model EH) can be shut-off when the machine has to operate in wet conditions.

Large Capacity High Dump Hopper
The 340 litre waste hopper ensures a large loading capacity. The hydraulically operated hopper door also assists in compacting collected debris during operation. The hopper itself can be raised from ground level up to a maximum height of 1.35 metres which enables the machine to dump into most standard waste skips.

An effective filter shaking system
Shaking the filter elements with considerable vigor in various directions ensures that all dust is separated from the filter fabric and then falls into the waste hopper. This system allows long operating periods between dismantling and manual cleaning of the elements.

A single button simultaneously operates brooms, suction and the hopper door - the machine is immediately ready for work with no chance of error.

The operator simply has to drive to the work area and enjoy the comfort of this unique machine.This completely new dashboard (also available as an option on the standard model) eliminates all mechanical and hydraulic levers cutting driver operated functions to a minimum.Also included is a timer which automatically activates the filter shaker, saving the driver’s time and minimising the need for filter maintenance.

		A new generation is born thanks to the impulse of its designers and offers - seduction with new powerful round shape, robustness thanks to its self-supporting steel chassis, in continuity with the former generation, intuition combining improvements and innovation and overall preserving the Dulevo Sweepers fame due to their great efficiency. The SBS (sensitive brush system) a Dulevo's patent which automatically allows to keep a constant and invariable main brush pressure on the ground according to the conditions, and insures a constant quality of sweeping without the operator's setting, and also prevents from premature broom wear. The all hydraulic concept has been chosen : Axial pumps with direct drive on the main engine for running and servo control, the hydraulic or electric motor for battery version directly pulls the drawing up turbine so the belts are suppressed together with the relevant maintenance. The electro-hydraulic commands allow a better reactivity and speed at work.
The DULEVO 100 sweeper, mounted on a Dulevo production dedicated chassis has been designed and manufactured following the system of front direct sweeping in line with the sweeping philosophy of each Dulevo machine. Waste collection is obtained by means of side brooms that convey debris to the middle of the machine where a central cylindrical broom throws them at high speed on the waster hopper. Dust is sucked and retained in the waste hopper thanks to the vacuum created inside the hopper by a heavy duty and head induction fan. The special fabric filtering system completes the sweeping cycle thus ensuring the emission into the environment of clean air only. The availability of the cab allows the machine use also outdoor and under heavy working conditions, with no limit to comfort and safety.
